These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and attendance at Éalú Le Grá ("ÉLG", "the festival", "we", "us"). By purchasing a ticket or entering the festival site you accept these terms in full. Tickets are sold by our authorised partner Ticket Tailor on our behalf.
1. Ticket Sales & Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where the festival is cancelled in its entirety, or where a refund is required by law. Where the festival is rescheduled, tickets will be honoured for the new date or, at our discretion, refunded.
Tickets may not be resold for profit. We reserve the right to invalidate any ticket offered for resale on unauthorised secondary platforms. Booking fees, payment processing fees and any add-ons (including glamping) are non-refundable.
2. Entry Conditions
- ÉLG is strictly over 21s. No exceptions.
- Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) is required at the gate. Entry will be refused without it and no refund will be issued.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or eject, any person at our sole discretion, including for intoxication, abusive behaviour, possession of prohibited items or any breach of these terms.
- All persons and vehicles entering the site are subject to search.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items may not be brought onto the festival site:
- Illegal drugs and legal highs of any kind
- Weapons, fireworks, flares, smoke bombs or anything that could be used as a weapon
- Glass containers, bottles or glassware
- Sound systems, megaphones and unauthorised PA equipment
- Generators, gas canisters and open fires
- Drones and unauthorised recording or broadcasting equipment
- Animals, except registered assistance animals
- Professional photography or recording equipment without prior accreditation
4. Behaviour & Conduct
ÉLG operates a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, violence and drug use of any kind. Anti-social behaviour, threatening conduct, theft and damage to property will result in immediate ejection from the site without refund and, where appropriate, referral to An Garda Síochána. We expect every attendee to treat fellow patrons, performers, crew and the land with respect.
5. Filming & Photography
The festival site is filmed and photographed for marketing, archival and broadcast purposes. By entering the site you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded, and to such material being used by ÉLG and our partners in any medium worldwide without payment. If you wish to be excluded from a specific image please contact us in advance.
6. Liability
You attend the festival entirely at your own risk. Personal property is brought to the site at your own risk and we accept no liability for loss, damage or theft. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ÉLG's liability to you in connection with the festival is limited to the price you paid for your ticket. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, government order, terrorism, civil disturbance, industrial action or failure of utilities. In such circumstances we may, at our sole discretion, cancel, postpone or curtail the festival.
8. Lineup Changes
The lineup, timings and programme are subject to change. Cancellation or substitution of individual performers does not entitle the holder to a refund.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
